Isawall Installation Questions Answered
When people initially come across Isawall, curiosity and excitement are often the first sentiments that people feel toward this truly unique piece of workout equipment. It’s not your standard huge multi-station home workout gym that most people are accustomed to, and in fact in it can do much much more.
Once people realize the numerous benefits of owning Isawall and decide that they would like one, the next question naturally comes down to installation questions. Looking at Isawall, it can be difficult for the average person to understand how it is installed, and what that entails. So let’s take a look at some of the common installation questions you may have.
How Long Will It Take Once I Order My Isawall To Get It Installed?
Once your order is placed, your Isawall will generally be constructed in a few days. Once it is constructed, it can be shipped to you right away. How long it takes to get to you will be based partly on where you are located. We have Isawalls shipped worldwide. On the low end it could take a few days, on the high end it might take a few weeks. For those who have us install Isawall for them, we generally do the installation within a few days to a week after the wall itself has been made.
How Much Room Do I Need To Use Isawall?
Isawall itself does not take up any room. It simply attaches to the support structure of any existing wall. A common question arises with regard to how much space is needed to do the exercises on Isawall. We recommend a minimum of six feet of space out away from the wall. Preferably you will have at least eight feet of space. Keep in mind that your height will also affect how much space you will need. Someone who is five feet tall will need less space away from the wall then say someone who is seven feet tall (yes we have had someone seven feet tall use Isawall).
How Is Isawall Installed?
Isawall can be installed by our professionals, or it can be installed by a licensed contractor. We recommend that purchasers do not attempt to install it themselves. It should be installed by a professional. The wall itself is brought in and solidly attached to an existing wall by drilling into the support beams.
I Don’t Have High Ceilings. Can I Still Get An Isawall?
Isawall can be customized for your particular needs. You can speak with one of our representatives so that we can come up with a unique wall that will work for you.
Can Isawall Be Installed Anywhere Other Than Inside?
Yes, there are other places Isawall can be set up. For example, we have installed Isawalls for outdoor use in people’s porch areas, near pools, and so on. This is best done in environments where the weather is appropriate and the wall will not be exposed to harsh conditions, or you have the ability to enclose it, thereby protecting it. We have even had Isawall installed on a yacht.
Can I Take Isawall With Me When I Move?
Yes, Isawall can be taken down and moved with you to your new location. A licensed contractor can help you take it down and replace the support beams that it was attached to. We recommend using professional movers if you do intend moving it to a new location.
Can I Choose A Wood Or Color To Match My Environment?
Yes, Isawall was created with visual appeal in mind. You can choose a wood and varnish that will go well in any environment you put it in. Isawall is designed to add to, and not take away from the area that it is installed.
Do I Need To Purchase Attachments To Go With My Isawall?
Isawall is designed to be used with various attachments. The more attachments you purchase, the more exercises are available. Attachments for Isawall are available on the Isawall systems website. If you have any questions about which attachments are most appropriate for you, you can talk with one of our representatives who will help you in your selection.
Are The Attachments Permanently Fixed To The Isawall?
No. All attachments can be removed and stored away. This will leave only the wall itself in view, freeing up space and creating more of a visual appeal.
Where Do I Get The Attachments At?
Attachments can be purchased on the Isawall website. We recommend you purchase them at the time you purchase your wall. That way you are all ready to begin working out as soon as possible.
What Sort Of Maintenance Does Isawall Require?
Unlike most major workout equipment, Isawall has very few moving parts, and as such maintenance is practically non-existent. The most you may want to do from time to time is wipe down the wall itself for a nice shine.
